Rugby Connect registration means that ALL players must register online before they will be eligible to play in any contact games. This is also for insurance purposes. Please use the link below for renewal of a player;

Step 2 - Annual Youth Membership

The Youth Membership for this season is 1st Child - £70 / Additional family Child - £50 each

Please make payment via our app called Pitchero, you will need your child’s IRFU No (received once you register in Step 1) from Rugby Connect to complete payment.

It is vitally important all parents upload the app.

Below is a step-by-step guide how to register yourself as a parent, your child, add your child to their age group and make a payment for your annual youth membership. Returning players just need to make your payment.

Before you do so, renew or register on Rugby Connect

· Download Pitchero Club App

· Register with e-mail or facebook (Parents Details)

· Confirm e-mail address before proceeding (check junk mail)

· Choose a Sport – Rugby Union

· Join a Club – Dungannon RFC

· Accept Dungannon RFC Consent

· Apply for Roles – Parent

· Register your own details

· Add a Child as a Player - If your child is returning to Youth Rugby from last season their details will already be on the site, so you can search for them

· If your child is new to Dungannon Youth Rugby, please fill in all the relevant details (button on bottom right of screen)

· Ensure you add your child/children to their academic year as of September 2023. In youth rugby a player has to play in the year group of the academic year that their DOB falls in.

· Next Stage is Paying your child/children’s youth membership

· You will see a shopping cart symbol – click on it

· Click View All

· There is a youth section with different payment options

· Then proceed to make payment

· You will receive payment confirmation by email

Both Rugby Connect and Annual Youth Membership needs to be submitted by Monday 4th September, if not your child will not be allowed to play our first games due to insurance purposes.

Parent Volunteers

All the current coaches give up their free time for the good of our youth players to develop their skills and make friendships.

If anyone would like to assist with any aspect of the Dungannon Youth Rugby (as not everyone wants to be a coach!) your help would be valued and appreciated.

As we don’t want to cap year groups due to lack of coaches / parent support.

We need the following NEW support for the upcoming season;

· Team Managers – admin on match days

· Youth Physio – match days

· Coaches – full coaching support will be available for new coaches

· Home Games - Car Park Stewards

· Home Games – Catering Support

· Home Games – Photographers

· Social Media / Marketing Support

· Administration

Parent Check List

1. Register / Reregister your child on Rugby Connect

2. Register / Reregister on Pitchero – Parent then child/children

3. Pay - Annual Youth Membership via Pitchero

4. Request to be added to your child’s whatsapp year group via their coach

5. Weekly notification for Training and Games will be via whatsapp groups

6. Ensure at each Training session your child brings a gum shield and a water bottle

7. Support the Youth Section and become a volunteer or a Match Day Sponsor
